I’d take my money elsewhere next time in Mapusa
Comfy bed, clean room and nice shower
Very rude receptionist. Made me feel very uncomfortable, asked me if I spoke the Goan language as they were obviously saying something about me and laughing. The key was practically thrown at me then when I asked how to get to the room it seemed like a big effort to answer a question she should have told me anyway. WiFi worked for an hour then stopped working for the duration of our stay, when I went to reception to ask if there was a problem it seemed like they couldn’t care less and never got resolved. This hotel is double the price of what we usually pay because there doesn’t seem to be any budget options in Mapusa, as it’s pricey it would be nice to have WiFi that works and a nice welcome from the team. Sort your customer service out, this is the hospitality industry.

Location is good
Rooms were smelling at times of cigarette as it has central AC Everyone dried their under clothes in the lobby railing, which gave a very sick feeling in the hotel The hotel seemed understaffed for catering to needs of breakfast. Dishes / spoons were wet when we took them. Tables dirty (no cleaning staff) Used dishes were kept in a tub right near the breakfast counter. Mattresses were lying in the floor lobby.
